Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your tungsten. If something isn't right, we'll work with you — but because these are heavy, expensive physical products that can't be easily restocked, our return policy has specific conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if all of the following are true:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is in original, undamaged condition — no scratches, dents, engravings, or modifications
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order ID)

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged by the buyer (drops, scratches, chemical exposure)
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items without original packaging
  • Orders where the buyer provided an incorrect shipping address
  • "Changed my mind" returns on items over $200 (these are high-value goods — please be sure before ordering)

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Tungsten is extremely heavy — return shipping can be expensive ($10–40+ depending on size). We recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance for the item's value.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Use a trackable, insured shipping method.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This covers inspection, repackaging, and the original outbound shipping cost we absorbed.

Example: You return a $229.99 cube → restocking fee is $34.50 → refund is $195.49.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective (manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping

No restocking fee applies for genuinely defective or damaged-in-transit items.

Refund Process

  1. Email support@tungstencubegifts.com with your order ID and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address
  3. Ship the item back (at your cost, with tracking)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund minus the restocking fee
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback/dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of delivery and our return policy. Please reach out to us first — we're reasonable people and will work with you.
