1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TungstenCubeGifts.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual items may vary slightly in finish or appearance.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TungstenCubeGifts and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
